Everyone is constantly growing, challenging themselves, and doing their best. The positive environment makes it natural for everyone to grow together and constantly improve for our customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our happy customers. Getting to see the difference we make for the employers we work with and the working families that make up their workforce is rewarding and always keeps me going.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I genuinely love getting to come to work every day and much of that is because of the incredible team I work with. I feel lucky to get to work with my teammates.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet so many different team members. I think I interviewed with 6 different people and it really helped me get a feel for the company culture, within and outside of the team I work on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Feedback, feedback, feedback. They aren't afraid to have difficult conversations or tell me what I need to do to grow in my career and they also are patient and ready to hear feedback when I give it to them. Great balance.
