What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership is flexible and willing to listen. They are always looking to do better and they understand that the best way to do this is through their employees and customers.

The leadership team at WeeCare helps employees nurtured refine their skills. The bar is set high and my manager is always available to offer support whenever I need it.

Their unique backgrounds provide a lot of coverage to what a company needs to succeed.

The leadership team is focused on empowering the organization to make decisions. Ideas bubble up from teams on the front line and are evaluated based on the ability to hit OKRs. Leadership has a healthy balance of goal oriented-ness and learning/iteration.

The entire executive and management team has an open door policy, is present during meetings, built a feedback loop to accept and make change so everyone is invovled.

Open door policy. Everyone is treated as equals. Obsessed with supporting staff and keep everyone connected.

They are as relatable and down-to-earth as they are impressive. As focused as they are on the business and ensuring that WeeCare is successful, they are very accessible to us and invest in the people that make up our team. They foster a terrific company culture & empower employees to make decisions.

Feedback, feedback, feedback. They aren't afraid to have difficult conversations or tell me what I need to do to grow in my career and they also are patient and ready to hear feedback when I give it to them. Great balance.

Their openness to changes or pain points and they try to prioritize requests as best as possible.

The leadership team is very open and honest anout each business units success, roadmaps and communicayes weekly with all departments to share and give updates.
