It's great to work at a mission-driven company with a team that truly wants to help solve the childcare crisis.

I have been at WeeCare since the early days and this is my favorite company to have worked for. The company is so mission-driven and everyone rallies behind making an impact. I'm very fortunate to be here.

Leadership is flexible and willing to listen. They are always looking to do better and they understand that the best way to do this is through their employees and customers.

The leadership team at WeeCare helps employees nurtured refine their skills. The bar is set high and my manager is always available to offer support whenever I need it.

Their unique backgrounds provide a lot of coverage to what a company needs to succeed.

The leadership team is focused on empowering the organization to make decisions. Ideas bubble up from teams on the front line and are evaluated based on the ability to hit OKRs. Leadership has a healthy balance of goal oriented-ness and learning/iteration.

The entire executive and management team has an open door policy, is present during meetings, built a feedback loop to accept and make change so everyone is invovled.

Bi-weekly team check-ins where everyone on the team had a chance to express where they are at emotionally and contribute to improvements.

I enjoyed being able to show off my skills through a project that pertained to the work I would be doing in the future. I was able to show off places where I excelled and places where I may need more development

The interview process consisted of three steps: Phone interview, challenge/presentation, team interview. The hiring manager was very thorough and easy to work with.

They gave me options on how to move forward in the interview. Could have done done a challenge first or dove right into a more formal interview. Being given the option was a nice change.

Opportunity to meet severak team members, fun tricky questions. The process was speedy

I enjoyed meeting various team members.

What makes me the most happy is when a family is struggling to find childcare and they end up finding the perfect fit through WeeCare. They have a great experience from start to finish and they understand out platform. This means everyone successfully did their job and the process is working.

I am most happy about completing a projects that help other team members work more efficiently.
