What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is like a family. We want the best for one another, and we support each other in the best way possible. We know each other on a more intimate basis and that allows us to work more effectively and efficiently with one another.
Everyone is so eager to help and learn from others.
For as talented as my peers are, there is no ego. Everyone is very modest
The pace and efficiency, friendliness and sense lf humor
Lack of ego. Everyone feels like they are the same team. We are not competing with each other. We are racing towards the same goal together.
We are all transparent, open and honest, receiving snd giving raw feedback without judgement.
The respect that we have for each other
Our team is whip-smart, creative, and a talented crew assembled by our tireless manager. We developed our own team's values as a collective project, support each other, & have fun while doing some incredible work. Despite being remote, we are all close & have a great rapport + our own inside jokes.
I genuinely love getting to come to work every day and much of that is because of the incredible team I work with. I feel lucky to get to work with my teammates.
Even though we're remote working, communication is key, ongoing, and there aren't unnecessary meetings.
Our dedication to always improving, our recognition to others and desire to succeed.
