What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Focus on growth, personally and professionally.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I enjoyed meeting various team members.

What makes you most happy at work?

Solving big problems. Its not an easy thing to solve the childcare crisis in the US, but our team is committed to doing it.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Lack of ego. Everyone feels like they are the same team. We are not competing with each other. We are racing towards the same goal together.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

There is a lot of flexibility in our benefits. You can use them for the things that are important to you. Whether it be for Airbnb gift cards, home office, or childcare, there are options for everyone.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is focused on empowering the organization to make decisions. Ideas bubble up from teams on the front line and are evaluated based on the ability to hit OKRs. Leadership has a healthy balance of goal oriented-ness and learning/iteration.
