The leadership team is very open and honest anout each business units success, roadmaps and communicayes weekly with all departments to share and give updates.

Looking back at the previous two weeks and reflectimg on what went well, what we could do better in the future. Then meeting weekly with all the business units getting updates from every unit guves a unified focus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're accountable to eachother. Not just in achieving our own kpi's or objectives but our leadership is accountable to ensure we can achieve our goals. All business units are aligned to make the best outcome from Product to sales, marketing to customer service.
