The best benefits are the Pension plan, 401k, Options, and lunches are covered by the company.

I started as a junior developer, there was only me, Rami, the CEO and another senior developer. I had the opportunity the shape the company and the product in a way not many get to do, I was trusted and received full ownership of many aspects of the product and information was shared freely.

I am happy with my compensation package
