In the first two weeks of working here, far too many red flags. People quitting all over the place, sloppy managing, supervisors tend to be abusive bullies. Lined up something else and will be gone before I hit six months. In a pinch, I may work here. Pay's very poor, way too many long hour days.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
At this point, I really couldn't say... I am quitting this place and am not looking back.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop promoting people to positions they are unqualified for management positions. At the very least, train people on management techniques if they are being placed in a management role, and maybe some throw in some yearly courses on what is acceptable in the workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I AM undervalued in every sense of the word. Lowballed me on my wage, overwork me because of poor company decisions, and worst of all, the company actively seeks out ways to pay me less in any way possible. Pay your employees fairly, treat them with the basic respect every human being deserves.
