They are an open group that are looking for talent like all other companies. They also look for character and hold all employees to be professional and to bring their best self to work. Very progressive company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are the best thing. They have this thing called flexible time off (FTO) for salaried employees. Great I can take off as much time as needed just have to get it approved by my manager. Just an exceptional perk I wasn't used to having, now I wouldn't o someplace else that doesn't have it
