What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my concerns and needs are taken into account when decisions are being made. I feel like we have a great leadership team and YourCause is by far my favorite place I have ever worked.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As someone with a chronic illness I have to say my benefits package is the most important. I love that I have the ability to see all my specialists and nothing has been excluded.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Sales and Marketing team is a special group of people and I'm happy that I'm one of them. We have a lot of fun, but we also know when to buckle down and work. I feel like I can bring my authentic self to work every day and that is a powerful feeling.
