Christensen Farms was born in 1974 on a family farm just outside the town of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. When the founder of Christensen Farms, Bob, and his brother Lynn received two bred gilts from a neighbor farmer, they took that opportunity to grow their pig farming operation into one of the largest, family-owned, integrated pork production companies in the nation.
