Good middle management but as a third party company, you need to be aware going in that you will always be under paid. Even vice presidents are going to make less than first party employees. The level to which an employee must climb to be paid comfortably is unobtainable for most.

There really isn't a leadership team. Its run by a group that has been over paid to put up with incompetence, and chaos, with a goal of lining the pockets of a couple of people at any cost. I am unfortunately in a position that I need the money or i would quit to escape the toxic culture.
