The environment is good, but how I have to work even being sick because if I missed a day lose my bonuses is not funny

There really isn't a leadership team. Its run by a group that has been over paid to put up with incompetence, and chaos, with a goal of lining the pockets of a couple of people at any cost. I am unfortunately in a position that I need the money or i would quit to escape the toxic culture.
