Nothing, we have mandatory "safety" meetings twice a month on our lunch breaks and aren't paid for it. There is no culture. They make you volunteer for a THEIR charity on your days off.

Management is awful! They have your back, until it's against a wall. They cut all of our hours due to Covid but made us work just enough so we could collect unemployment. We just got screwed out of all our money and they KNEW it and didn't care.

Training and no complaining about it. Realistic goals, no one is going to pull 1000 boxes a week for 15 an hour when you are paying temps $17 an hour.
