    if you are going to lay off or force retire all your experienced staff have a plan before hand to fill that vacuum. and out sourcing to India does not work as that plan.

    Improve the relationship and communication between Sales, Marketing, Product Management and R&D. Today these groups rarely speak and constantly create churn and rework for Product Management.
