We work very well together. Everyone really cares about making their stores look good!

Higher pay. We work extremely hard snd are trusted to work independently. We show up on time and can function without direct supervision which companies struggle to find and keep mature rmployees that can do this consistantly. I love this job more than any job ive ever had though!
