How flexible is your work schedule at American Greetings?
They sent me a turn down because of my availability which was sufficient for a 15 hr week, flexible job.
You are given a weekly list of activities, stores to visit, and hours per store. Some of the activities must be done on or by a certain date, and sometimes there are required visit days. As long as you visit each store and use your weekly hours you can work when you like.
Why work for American Greetings?
Because it was the only company at the time that would hire me with no prior experience

Every other Friday

What's the work from home policy like at American Greetings?
I am a part-time Merchandiser, which requires you to visit your assigned stores on a weekly schedule. The only part of this job that can be done at home is checking the website via the tablet or a computer to enter your time, check your schedule, log in your hours and take training classes.

Dress pants or a dress. I was told to do the same dress code as Walmart employees that work the floor. At that time (2014) I was told jeans were not to be worn. However, I learned not to wear the same colors as Walmart employees or you will be giving a lot of directions and help -lol!
