My field and territory managers are great. Never had any major issues.
Excellent training and managers who teach and support team members to achieve the company goals.

Talking to each other and setting a realistic goal .every one needs to be on the same page

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More of a benefit package
Because myself (and others past and present employees) in this company work many days and hours alone; merchandising grueling overloads of products only to be underpaid and or manipulated by upper management to cut store times given by corporate
Higher pay. We work extremely hard snd are trusted to work independently. We show up on time and can function without direct supervision which companies struggle to find and keep mature rmployees that can do this consistantly. I love this job more than any job ive ever had though!
As a merchandiser you are the face of the company as well as a representative of the store you are servicing. Pay increases and bonuses should be based on store sales and management feedback
We do not get benefits as a ptm.

Working alongside coworkers at various revisions is like a reunion. Used to be fun and encouraging.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Explaining it in different ways not every person learns the same or comprehends what is coming out of the other person's mouth. Communication is key if they're not understanding it then change it up but don't mock them or belittle them.
Step up. Do what is necessary to support our team. Getting harder and harder for a couple of people to carry the load.
Upper management dont have or offer us corporate meetings to improve our work environment.
Communication, staying busy, minding their business

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team make it bearable the management does not .

My supervisor seemed really nice and work was close to home
Phone representative and management was pleasent at the beginning of hiring process and first formal introduction.

I love reading the cards.
Funny, light, simple, pleasant, informative.
Completing all tasks within the given timeframe
Meeting the people or public who actually love or are inspired by AG cards and products. Helping customers find cards thst fit their occasion. Caring merchant Store managers that appreciate AG who up keep their stores.
I love to see the-finished aisles neat and organized

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Concentrating on the good done instead of something that doesn't go as planned
We are not able to work a40 hour week. If we can get 40 hours or 40 plus

Offer a better wage for workers. That's mostly the reason why people come and go so quickly. Most of the time you work 3 hours a week or less and you cant live off of $30 a week. Also, listen to peoples concerns. I've tried numerous of times to drop a store from my schedule and nothing has been don
