My field and territory managers are great. Never had any major issues.

Excellent training and managers who teach and support team members to achieve the company goals.

Talking to each other and setting a realistic goal .every one needs to be on the same page

My leadership team needs to find a better manager for my postion. one that will actually assist at jobs, one that doesnt make their employees feel bad.

Better communication that you will be working few hours regardless of amount of orders you receive.

Hiring managers with souls would be a start

Everything. They are hiring when we don’t have enough work for the employees.

I have no opinions of the CEO, but the local manager is very picky. If I dont do something her way, she gets on my case about it

Understanding the work load at ground level, in the store. The merchandisers are the most important people in the company working directly with retail management and customers. All upper management should be required to work a large account for at least six months before beginning their mgmt roles.
