I would make sure not to hire lazy people with no intention of working or being kind to the customers I would make sure no one using drugs on the clock and people were focused on working not messing around and sitting eating all the time instead of worrying about which person they are taking home
more transparency about pay
Corporate take overs cause franchise owners can not follow Arbys procedues they can do what they want

Dress like you want the job. They might have a high turnover rate but that doesn't mean they need to lower their standards.
