Mission Statement

One of the hindrances to quality care continues to be access to the right provider at the moment when care is needed. Whether that access is limited by distance in rural or hard-to-reach communities, or by scarcity from short supply of medical specialists, or by time in critical situations when every second counts, the nature of how healthcare is delivered must fundamentally change. With the advent of telehealth, barriers to care are beginning to break down and access improved. Distance is no longer an issue, and specialists from anywhere in the world can virtually enter a the room with a patient to provide care. The hope is that care can be delivered with the touch of a button at every critical moment. Despite the growth of telehealth solutions, many systems are isolated from the rest of the clinic or hospital workflow.
