I think things my grow faster because of the sales pressure you have clients in Bank of America with 5 credit cards for no reason Bankers just to the applications even if the client don’t need it just because of sales pressure

Merrill Lynch is growing. Technical support has been cut too drastically w/o considering customer support. Need to control LOBs from setting up own help desks, costly & creates duplication.
