despite our differences, we can ultimately come to a conclusion as to what our vision for our department is. Our teammates are more than willing to volunteer when needed and are eager to help out the team in any way they can.
The culture in our team is great I think. We strive to keep it as open and honest as possible to avoid possible miscommunications and misunderstanding. I feel comfortable around them and it truly feels like a community here with everyone working together towards a common goal.
The flexibility and trust. I am able to pursue my personal goals of graduating and obtaining a degree through this company through the education reimbursement program. My managers trust me to give me the flexibility to finish my education while still handling my job and work responsibilities.
They are open to ideas and are accepting of my efforts. I often find it difficult to voice my opinions and ideas, but here, my managers have gone the extra mile to make me feel heard and make me feel like my work and contribution to this company is important.
Resolving issues. When my teammates come to me with a problem, I love being able to find the solution for them. Or if I'm with a customer who had a problem, no matter how long it takes, once we reach a resolution to their problem, the feeling of satisfaction is great.
