This is the first place I've worked where the leadership team all have the same goals in mind and are working toward the same common agenda rather then running circles in all directions. It's much appreciated from an employee perspective.

My team is split between offices in New Jersey, Denver, and Chicago and we all have very different personalities but we also compliment each other very well. I love that we took the time to find the right people for our team so that working remotely with each of them everyday is enjoyable.

Anyone that has an idea on how to better the company is empowered to share it and each idea is given real thought - of course not all ideas are good ones but I think it's important that our employees are able to share their opinions on the place we all spend most our time during the week.
