Be transparent. Message to the field, and message behind closed doors is never the same.
Changes at the top. Also, embrace the past as opposed to trying to destroy it.
Need to push back when intiatives are rolled out that only meet the needs of senior leadership, not the needs of our Clubs.
Again, transparency. VP's have historically recieved bonus based on intiatives that get pushed. That taints the reason behind why things get pushed downhill. Overall compensation for senior levels is way out of line with other positions.
