They need to follow their own values and "respect" their staff and engage them into plans and processes. Pay them a fair wage, stop pontificating "peter's blog". Round on their staff and ask for feedback and implement suggestions.
They need to let the staff lead who actually "do the work". They listen to vendors and consultants without getting buy-in from their associates. The executive team is so out of touch and place pressure on middle management who then add undue pressure and stress to the staff. Such a pathetic team.
