Centura Health Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is not much that is positive

Nothing. We have absolutely nothing to look forward to

My coworkers are like family.

The level of teamwork and cooperation.

Some coworkers are great .

We give excellent patient vare

I love the mood on the units that I work on; the staff is great to work with

The people are welcoming and we get along really well

It was extremely cliques and very restrictive in my ability to be myself.

It’s a very toxic place to work

We struggle to do our best overcome great hardships

Review from Customer Support Dept

Only positive is the fact that we have pulled together for the patients.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The team work is better then most hospitals

Review from Operations Dept

Within the hospitals, truly compassionate life saving is delivered everyday

It is faith-based. However, our director Lyndsey Green does not behave ethically.

Review from Operations Dept

It Is very supportive and helpful

Review from Customer Support Dept

everyone is a team player

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We have been cut to a skeleton crew. Sometimes we feel the burden more than others not all coworkers understand the job duties of the other coworkers sometimes this leads to dissatisfaction.

Unfortunately the moral as a whole is bad. Alot of empty promises from the company thus far.

Better working conditions and staffing

Focus on teamwork and monetary reward.

Focus on people and invest back into the people and the company.

Better , more effective ceo!!! Its not all about saving a dollar. You lose good people with penny pinching for a big ceo bonus at year end

Review from Operations Dept

Get a better CEO and better leadership

the leaders need to change. they do not check up on the people that are newly hired.

someone can help a person like me. A newbie !

Stop focusing on building more facilities and take care of the ones you’ve go

As mentioned before bedside is the backbone happy and well cared for patients creates repeat customers and word spreads. The nursing staff is intelligent and sees the mass fat cats feeding off our backs while we starve. They will soon find themselves with a vast staffing shortage.

Proper staffing levels need to be addressed

Culture handed down from management is poisonous. The administration has completely lost its focus on taking care of patients, cares only about squeezing profits, and needs a complete overhaul.

Review from Operations Dept

Fire the CEO, replace the entire executive team, stop being such insensitive, offensive religious fundamentalists

Review from Customer Support Dept

They need to follow their own values and "respect" their staff and engage them into plans and processes. Pay them a fair wage, stop pontificating "peter's blog". Round on their staff and ask for feedback and implement suggestions.

Review from Operations Dept

New leadership and re-commitment of management to patient care

Review from Operations Dept

Adequate staffing and better pay

Review from Operations Dept

Make all staff accountable, continued communicaiton
