Make it easier, two months to get started!!
All interviews done over phone and through email. Many processes to get through hiring process.
They can stop by being honest however, This organization Lacks integrity.

when i was interviewed the person wouldnt show their face, they asked me no questions about respiratory therapy. it was very unprofessional.
Listen more to what's unique about the person sitting in front of you, ask yourself how this individual might actually enhance your team and improve patient outcomes. Don't be so, um, anal retentive about things that don't matter. Humanize HR.
