They seem like they want to help
They are trying hard to listen & hear what the front line is saying.
I will let you know here in a few months, i am giving them a chance.
They are always willing to help
Supportive, comfortable to talk to, and gives good advice when asked.
Caring for her employees and communicating better and her people skills
Caring about employees and patients
Get in touch with the people who work under you. Spend time with us on our turf and learn to listen to who we are. Keep your email content to a minimum and stop bragging about all the wonderful things you think you're doing for us.
Listening to the staff and not over work the staff, putting more responsibilities on staff
Connecting to what is actually happening at the bedside. Quit having business monded executives make patient care decisions. Majority if not all executives have no clue about what ptient care really involves . The feel at centura is its about numbers on a spreadsheet not human lives, patient and sta
Retirement funding of 401 k
Best part is their 401k match.
health insurance is pretty good
My pay rate and shift differential are great
Medical insurance is fantastic in network
I'm ignored. We should get bonuses but we were denied bonuses in 2023 due to our hospital debt.
Pay people accordingly to the living in Colorado a.d 40hrs of sick and PTO time is ridiculous for a while year.
Paying us at least what ALL the other Centura facilities are getting paid and give us the benefits they all get!! Quit your union busting tactics!!!
Centura has had a mindset that nurses and social workers in case management roles are "interchangeable" in the position; yet Masters level social workers are paid far less than their nursing counterparts with BSNs or less for doing the same job
My benefits are not equal to other health systems in area
Review from Operations Dept
Flexible work and life balance
Care about each other and the patients
They are my friends and we look out for eachother. They are the main reasons I continue to return to my job.
Positivity even when corporate keeps laying off people.
I enjoy the people I work with.

Be more open to working as a team
Brand new nurses that don't have a clue and don't know what work ethic is! Would rather stand around and socialize!
The culture is extremely toxic, which stems from a lack of requirements and encouragement for educational and certification requirements. Becuase managers have too much on their plates, they are also unable (or unwilling) to deal with unit culture problems like workplace violence and harrassment.
Zero tolerance for employees who bring down moral & refuse to get on board with strategic planning
There is not a lot of team work
There is not much that is positive
Nothing. We have absolutely nothing to look forward to
My coworkers are like family.
The level of teamwork and cooperation.
Some coworkers are great .
We have been cut to a skeleton crew. Sometimes we feel the burden more than others not all coworkers understand the job duties of the other coworkers sometimes this leads to dissatisfaction.
Unfortunately the moral as a whole is bad. Alot of empty promises from the company thus far.
Better working conditions and staffing
Focus on teamwork and monetary reward.
Focus on people and invest back into the people and the company.
The supervisor Candice and Nicole
The director was straightforward and open with me.
The recruiter was very helpful
Getting an interview took several months, met a lot of great people, was able to ask questions.
Meeting the manager and being able to answer questions
Make it easier, two months to get started!!
All interviews done over phone and through email. Many processes to get through hiring process.
They can stop by being honest however, This organization Lacks integrity.
Review from Operations Dept
when i was interviewed the person wouldnt show their face, they asked me no questions about respiratory therapy. it was very unprofessional.
Listen more to what's unique about the person sitting in front of you, ask yourself how this individual might actually enhance your team and improve patient outcomes. Don't be so, um, anal retentive about things that don't matter. Humanize HR.
Review from Customer Support Dept
coworkers and team work between all of us
My team members and being able to interact with thwm.
The work itself and being with coworkers who understand what quality work is and isn't. We aren't just there for a paycheck or to make ourselves feel good. Humility is very important. I love the thrill and satisfaction of working hard for all the right reasons!
The patients and the teamwork
coworkers are the best and supportive good teamwork
We need to get back to patient care and stop trying to make the most money
Why answer this it's not like anything going to change
There needs to be more focus on the customer and not the staffs personal life. The customer is more important and should never be neglected
Review from Customer Support Dept
Negative work environment horrible place to work I would not recommend my dog to work here.
Review from Operations Dept
