No raise this year due to merger with common spirit. The hospital is in major debt and we are reminded every day about the budget. EVERY DAY! they are working us like dogs and demanding more that we are not capable of because we are maxed out. No appreciation!! Ever! Managers are rude and hateful

I'm ignored. We should get bonuses but we were denied bonuses in 2023 due to our hospital debt.
