Centura Health Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem like they want to help

They are trying hard to listen & hear what the front line is saying.

I will let you know here in a few months, i am giving them a chance.

They are always willing to help

Supportive, comfortable to talk to, and gives good advice when asked.

Leadership can be positive in training new work flows.

Mercy in Durango, CO. Is great.

No micromanaging of the staff

I would say they are fine

Postive and forword thinking, invested in the staff.

Approachable, down to earth, hard working

Nothing positive to say about executives

That they give us recognition

Review from Customer Support Dept

communication and bringing forth Epic EMR charting

Review from Operations Dept

Their communication style to inform the organization

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring for her employees and communicating better and her people skills

Caring about employees and patients

Get in touch with the people who work under you. Spend time with us on our turf and learn to listen to who we are. Keep your email content to a minimum and stop bragging about all the wonderful things you think you're doing for us.

Listening to the staff and not over work the staff, putting more responsibilities on staff

Connecting to what is actually happening at the bedside. Quit having business monded executives make patient care decisions. Majority if not all executives have no clue about what ptient care really involves . The feel at centura is its about numbers on a spreadsheet not human lives, patient and sta

Less middle management, more frontline support

Centura asks for feedback but really doesn't want it.

Communication; especially when they tell you that "our doors are always open" and fail to respond to your request to talk with them

Leadership is total trash this place has a high turnover rate for a reason. People quit once a week.

Review from Operations Dept

Caring about people actually working with patients

Ineffectual messengers for higher level executives.

Review from Operations Dept

Better communication and a true understanding of patient care vs just looking at numbers.

Review from Operations Dept

better at communicating with the team

Everything, they need to some how find a soul.

There needs to be a lot more training or management will ruin this company

Listening to staff and making changes so people stop leaving. Truly focus on safe staffing fir safe patient care!

Realizing bedside is the back bon.

Open communication. Reducing drama and valuing workers instead of demanding more

Taking care of patients and not worrying about how much this quarters bonus will be. Centura does not care about patients or employees. Corporate showed their colors with COVID. Im essential but not essential enough for a bonus or COVID pay. At my office we all had to use our PTO or no pay.
