Senior and exec leaders are great but lower level managers leave a lot to be desired. I wouldn't have stayed here if it wasn't for my director level and up.

I came from a horribly toxic culture and environment, to the complete opposite which really put paid to the "grass is always greener" idiom, as the grass is definitely greener with FinancialForce. The leadership is great, my management has been the greatest for a long time and my team is the best!
