They should be clearer in the Town halls. They can't say that the company is doing great, high profits, more clients customers ... and then the raises come and there are none. If you tell the workers the truth they will understand.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Raise wages. The prices of everything have gone up a lot in the last year and our wages have not. This has caused many colleagues to leave the company.

Celebrate and embrace diversity in every way. Women don't have a tone problem simply because you don't want their ideas and opinions or have a problem with their ideas being plagiarized/stolen. Not allowing Toxic behavior to continue let alone exist

Enabling technology across the organization, increase automation while having a clear understanding the technology limitations. For example our products need to be automated for installation, base configuration and validated; there are too many manual steps for base product setup.

Team morale on the marketing team is an all-time low. We need the time and resources to establish foundational processes so we can scale, and we are not receiving that. With the recent firings, people are also worried about losing their jobs. The focus has been "rebrand, rebrand, rebrand".

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a female, I am one of the lowest paid members of my team. I have continued to perform and it's disappointing to learn how my compensation compares to other people in lower tenured roles.

Some years ago I wanted to achieve a better position in the company, but in spite of having a good performance, there are no budget to be recognised either my career. I have been working for a lot of years in the same position (P3) and I wish my work was recognized by the company.

Say pay for performance but despite high performance pay increases have been below average. Budgets don't seem to allow for rewarding people outside of promotions.

I was not promoted when I think I should have, nor did I receive a reasonable raise. The reason was "because of budgetary reasons". I don't think this is a valid excuse when every in Town Hall meeting the higher-ups say everything's going great.

Pay increases, when they occur, are not keeping pace with inflation. A role change with a different bonus scheme mean I am effectively down about 5k per year gross. the combination is proving difficult

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This is one of the most cliquey places I have worked, even the manager are cliquey with certain people on the sales team. There is constant whispering in the office which doesn't make me feel very welcomed.

Communication and teamwork still work in silos, needs to start from the top for instance our leader not booking meetings that or on bank holidays for EMEA so they can actually take part and be more involved a lot of segregation is happening due to things like this

Many times I feel left out. I believe I could do more things to create better products, but managers and co-workers don't count on me for new initiatives or important decision making. I would like to be more involved, and I have shared this multiple times, but only the same people get to advance.

I've been working for this company for more than one year, and HR hasn't given me an access card for the office I work for, because I work for home most days, and I don't go there everyday. Yet, I do come to the office sometimes, for events, get togethers, meetings, etc. I feel very frustrated.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If the office was less cliquey that would be helpful. Going back to three days a week would also be helpful. It is also uncomfortable to have to tell you manager what appointment you have if you have to leave the office early. We are all adults here and have been working in the corporate world.
