Celebrate and embrace diversity in every way. Women don't have a tone problem simply because you don't want their ideas and opinions or have a problem with their ideas being plagiarized/stolen. Not allowing Toxic behavior to continue let alone exist

To be honest, I don't find the current benefits applicable to my situation. I would much prefer financial perks that we don't have yet, such as low-interest credits or mortgage assistance programs.

This is a difficult question to answer because compensation is inclusive of the whole package, and each portion from pay to benefits to bonus/sales compensation based on company/individual achievement is incredibly important.

Fairly low rates compared to the industry (at least from my perception). Should be more regular reviews, inflation matches, and real bonuses. Bonusly is nice as a recognition system but it is not a bonus system.

As a female, I am one of the lowest paid members of my team. I have continued to perform and it's disappointing to learn how my compensation compares to other people in lower tenured roles.

I was not promoted when I think I should have, nor did I receive a reasonable raise. The reason was "because of budgetary reasons". I don't think this is a valid excuse when every in Town Hall meeting the higher-ups say everything's going great.

This is one of the most cliquey places I have worked, even the manager are cliquey with certain people on the sales team. There is constant whispering in the office which doesn't make me feel very welcomed.

Communication and teamwork still work in silos, needs to start from the top for instance our leader not booking meetings that or on bank holidays for EMEA so they can actually take part and be more involved a lot of segregation is happening due to things like this

I've been working for this company for more than one year, and HR hasn't given me an access card for the office I work for, because I work for home most days, and I don't go there everyday. Yet, I do come to the office sometimes, for events, get togethers, meetings, etc. I feel very frustrated.

If the office was less cliquey that would be helpful. Going back to three days a week would also be helpful. It is also uncomfortable to have to tell you manager what appointment you have if you have to leave the office early. We are all adults here and have been working in the corporate world.
