In general, I like the culture of the company but after working 9 years in the company. I'm still in the same position in spite of growing in different skills, I feel a little frustrated. Now, I have hungry to get responsibilities because I feel young.

The best part is the great office atmosphere and the mutual support we share across different teams.

I think we would benefit from more team-building activities to strengthen our connection and work better together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To be honest, I don't find the current benefits applicable to my situation. I would much prefer financial perks that we don't have yet, such as low-interest credits or mortgage assistance programs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are an amazing team, a hudge in a variety of skills which makes us be a very impressive team. We usually focus on new features from Einstein Analytics and try to add them into our products.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some years ago I wanted to achieve a better position in the company, but in spite of having a good performance, there are no budget to be recognised either my career. I have been working for a lot of years in the same position (P3) and I wish my work was recognized by the company.
