Are leadership team is accessible and truly interested our opinions as a team and as an expert in our roles. From day one there is a true sense of collaboration. Our direct leader is invested in making us the best and empowers us to explore and find new innovative solutions.

I feel like they have a deep understanding of all the work that is going on. I am able to bring up issues or ideas and they know what this relates to as they have a very good knowledge of the work going on throughout the company.

I like how flexible they are in relation to working from home. If there is an unexpected event or another reason to not come into the office I don't feel worried about telling my managers I am working from home. Also the free snack bar helps a lot when I forget my lunch.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love a market rate salary that is inline with colleagues in the same role that take on much less.

This design team is very approachable and helpful. It truly does feel like everyone is willing to help when needed and lean on each others knowledge of different product areas and processes. Everyone is also equal as I am just a recent Graduate but have the same responsibilities as everyone else.

Total top down transparency and inclusion

You are never alone when boundaries need to be set - but there needs to be more awareness to what is being promised and if they have the resources to produce it. Its assumed its going to be achievable at the cost of the receiving team that is faced with overlapping deadlines that no one will modify.

Everyone in the company, from the Executives to the Sales Representatives want to make our product as great as we possibly can so our customers can benefit the most. Working in the design team, I have approached numerous people in different roles and they are all willing to help with development.
