Celebrate and embrace diversity in every way. Women don't have a tone problem simply because you don't want their ideas and opinions or have a problem with their ideas being plagiarized/stolen. Not allowing Toxic behavior to continue let alone exist

Enabling technology across the organization, increase automation while having a clear understanding the technology limitations. For example our products need to be automated for installation, base configuration and validated; there are too many manual steps for base product setup.

Team morale on the marketing team is an all-time low. We need the time and resources to establish foundational processes so we can scale, and we are not receiving that. With the recent firings, people are also worried about losing their jobs. The focus has been "rebrand, rebrand, rebrand".

Leadership needs to prioritize their employees just as much as the customers and ensuring the managers set clear expectations. Our manager treats us like a number and doesn't put in effort of teaching us things but expects results. FF needs to have better training across all roles.
