I would love a market rate salary that is inline with colleagues in the same role that take on much less.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is accessible and approachable, for anything. That is very refreshing fro a company that is growing as fast as ours.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are never alone when boundaries need to be set - but there needs to be more awareness to what is being promised and if they have the resources to produce it. Its assumed its going to be achievable at the cost of the receiving team that is faced with overlapping deadlines that no one will modify.
