What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Team morale on the marketing team is an all-time low. We need the time and resources to establish foundational processes so we can scale, and we are not receiving that. With the recent firings, people are also worried about losing their jobs. The focus has been "rebrand, rebrand, rebrand".

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no clear career progression or career framework in the Global Marketing team or specifically not in the EMEA Marketing team. I have raised this a number of times with management but nothing seems to be being done about it. I also feel my salary is in need of review.

The company is great to work for, great people, great perks, but more work could be done to promote internal resources. Detailing career progression paths and the targets needed to progress would be a great way to ensure that staff know how they are doing and what is expected of them to progress.
