It's interesting that this survey largely focused on positive-only asks. I think that's telling that the leadership might suspect there's unhappiness. Overall, my experience is good because of my manager & peers. I don't always trust that our executive team is making decisions for the greater good.

My peers are some of the best and most talented marketers I've ever worked with.

When I am able to work efficiently and get things done without hiccups. When I am able to fix something that was broken and see a positive result.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are friendly, kind, and good teammates. They want to do their jobs and do them well. When you ask for help, you receive it. We champion each other and all share the same goal of wanting to do/give our best.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Team morale on the marketing team is an all-time low. We need the time and resources to establish foundational processes so we can scale, and we are not receiving that. With the recent firings, people are also worried about losing their jobs. The focus has been "rebrand, rebrand, rebrand".
