Celebrate and embrace diversity in every way. Women don't have a tone problem simply because you don't want their ideas and opinions or have a problem with their ideas being plagiarized/stolen. Not allowing Toxic behavior to continue let alone exist

Management doesn't know what we do or how we do it so they are unable to provide what we need to be successful. Processes set us up to fail, and we are being devalued by having our titles reduced to lower titles than the work we perform when comparing industry standards

Sometimes it is not easy to understand the distribution of salary reviews. People with a lot of experience and time in the company are valued almost the same as the new ones and I think that by time and values to the company that should not be so if you have deserved it.

In the current environment people are working pretty isolated there is not much collaboration or shadowing apparently. There is less sharing and guidance which i want to improve on from my end. Many people should act more as a team player and demonstrate better work ethics and professionalism.

The hires in the past 2 years have caused a severe decline in the culture. Diversity and inclusion is ignored and slighted at best to the extend where leadership ignores Pronouns, told you have a tone problem because you are a woman voicing your requested opinion
