being busy but not so busy I can't get anything done, helping others when I can

they are helpful, knowledgeable, always can ask a question in slack for help and you will get a response
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the fact you can get 2 days off in lieu for a bank holiday weekend support - hols are in short supply with school holidays
