What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are aligned and focused on achieving the same goals, they are highly engaged internally and externally, and lead with a strong moral compass.

Unfortunately I cannot provide feedback at this time - I have not had any interactions with them. I WFH therefore the only "interactions" I've gotten from the leadership team is from the Townhall meetings and/or email communication. Based off these two factors, they seem very invested in the company

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything!! I've never worked for a company that provides so many excellent benefits such as mental health days off and reimbursements.
