What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Health care one for my family and myself

I am paid very well and have a good simple bonus structure that makes my overall pay excellent

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay increases, when they occur, are not keeping pace with inflation. A role change with a different bonus scheme mean I am effectively down about 5k per year gross. the combination is proving difficult

It is being worked on currently, but the commission structure for BDR Enterprise level needs to be adjusted based on what we can on our segment.
