Great people, good product, respectable remuneration. Career path and advancement is lacking though. The company aim is to float, so most staff related surveys are outward looking - what is presented to others. I think we need a much more powerful HR dept. to ensure managers have to bring people on.

All pulling the same way, same ethos and aims.

I think we try to do our best for the customer, we always start projects positively and looking for a good outcome allround
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay increases, when they occur, are not keeping pace with inflation. A role change with a different bonus scheme mean I am effectively down about 5k per year gross. the combination is proving difficult
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My role is to help customers/partners with issues. The information I need is not always readily available...but confluence is changing and getting better. The best thing in the world is our community web site!
