We have an annual compensation review and promote throughout the year. We have a fair and consistent process that provides tranparency and equity.
Well no one is getting raises in sales, despite inflation or closing down the Australia office. Sales pay is horrible. Look for a company who is paying 30-50% more.

Not innovative. Product innovates for our largest clients. They are not focused on building product that new customers want, no matter how many deals we lose because of product.

What are company outings like at Kantata?
Fun beyond belief. People at Mavenlink are so friendly, outgoing, and do everything first class. There is always a lot of dancing and celebrating. Each year we host a grand kickoff where everyone in the company is invited. This year, we had boxes mailed to our home everyday so that we could have a grand reveal on zoom each day. It was clever and fun. Also, we have a Top Performer Trip to Hawaii each year and we give this special award to our top 10% -- across the whole company, not just in revenue generating positions. Mavenlink puts people first, celebrates all achievements and does everything in an authentic and first class manner.

How's the vacation policy at Kantata?
Our policy is even more generous than that. Mavens get the PTO time and additional time for wellness/sick time, covid time off, vaccination time off, at least 10 additional paid holidays and so much flexibility. The policy ensures that people are prioritized and everyone can have a lifestyle of wellness.
You get 15 days PTO your first year. 2 additional days are added every year after that capped at 21. These days are inclusive of vacation and sick days.
What kinds of community outreach does Kantata participate in?
We just finished a focus on mens and womens health by supporting prostate cancer research and breast cancer awareness. We donated money, volunteered time and had educational sessions. Many more great causes and investments to come.
What is the onboarding process like at Kantata and how long does it last?
Full year of onboarding starting with a 3 day orientation, led by our CEO. We care about getting the right people and helping them have a great transition. Ramping varies by department in terms of exact functional specifics.
