too much fingerpointing at exec table. someone needs to step up and demand action and hold ppl/orgs accountable. stop dumping the problems on sellers to fix. build a product and process that allows your sellers to sell.

What is the company mobility like at Smartsheet?
I disagree with the previous comment, we're a very rapidly growing company and there's infinite room for internal mobility. HR recommends people be in their previous role for at least a year (but it's not a hard rule), and the internal interview process is quick and easy.
Limited mobility so be careful in choosing your starting role because you'll be there for a while...
How hard is it to get promoted at Smartsheet?
I've worked here for 2.5 years and been promoted twice. Do good work and you'll be rewarded.
It is very difficult. They just recently started a leadership development program but space is severely limited. Smartsheet seems like a good place to make a paycheck but, if you want to grow professionally beyond your current role, look elsewhere.
