Some free food and soda. It's pretty sparse but there are a lot of people.
How's the morale at Smartsheet?
Moderate to good, depending upon the department. In sales everyone lives under the monthly quota (which is not a realistic number) so emotions spike up and down accordingly. In other departments you are treated as more of a human being and not a number so its better there.
