CareCloud used to be a great organisation a few years back but I wouldn’t recommend it at all to anyone today. Managers are a joke. Favouritism, nepotism, and office politics is everywhere. Rules and regulations are so strict you will v experience what it was like to work in the 60
Overall it's quite a great journey, you will experience diversity in the team, and from a learning perspective it a quite an amazing place to work.

My experience with CareCloud has been exceptional. CareCloud's commitment to innovation has truly transformed the way I approach and navigate healthcare, providing a positive and empowering experience throughout.
I have been a customer of this company for 3.7 years, and genuinely, they have a very expert team managing my RCM. Additionally, their customer support is very quick. I have been with this company for 3.7 years and am currently using their rcm services, but I don't have any complaints.
I am happy I have such great supporting and lively team to work with. I am truly blessed to have a leader as my boss who support all my project related decision.
