The management team does not prepare anyone for success, nor were they trained to be in a management position. Company policy does not make sense nor does management communicate updates to their employees. If you have something that is bothering you, please don't tell anyone they will scold.

Not difficult at all. Work-life balance is wonderful. I very rarely have to work from home after hours or on the weekends.
