Orion Health employees answer questions about what life is like behind the scenes at their company, including queries about culture, leadership, professional development, and compensation.
How employees describe working at Orion Health
Great place to work! I have learnt so much and been given plenty of opportunity. They have put loads of effort into lifting the culture an it's really working. People are connecting and the company is achieving.
I've generally been given what I need to succeed at my work but the external influence of the CEO has been detrimental and I have seen this affect the rest of the executive leadership team as well. The company has a great vision but its products no longer seem to be innovative in the market.
